Tanieke has almost 17 years of experience in audit and auditor oversight. She  joins us directly from the PCAOB as a Location Leader in the Broker-Dealer Inspections Program.  In her 12-year tenure at the U.S. audit regulator, she conducted inspections of audits and systems of quality control of firms, lead inspection teams, and was instrumental in projects to improve inspection methodology, manuals and guides for the Division. In addition, she led the development and delivery of technical trainings to inspectors in the Broker-Dealer Firm Program. 

Prior to working at the PCAOB, Tanieke was a manager at a Big Four firm in New York, where she led audit teams for some of the largest global financial institutions in the world. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College, and a Masters in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy from NYU. She is based in New York City.
