Andrea has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, business development and operations for professional services organizations. She has an extensive background in managing go-to-market initiatives and developing operational efficiencies to help businesses remain competitive in both mid and large markets. Andrea prides herself on managing teams in a collaborative, efficient, and innovative way that motivates and inspires. 

Prior to joining JGA, Andrea worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development in the real estate industry where she directed operations for both local and national broker divisions. Her key duties included managing the Marketing, IT, and HR Operations teams to ensure fiscal goals were met and exceeded. Andrea is also a licensed Broker Salesperson in Nevada.

Among her broad industry experience, Andrea served six years at Ernst & Young as an Assistant Director of Business Development and Global Markets Analytics. In this role, she designed and led business development strategy, campaigns, and market intelligence for key customers and targets.

Andrea resides in Henderson, Nevada. When outside of the office, Andrea loves cooking and spending time with her family. She also enjoys volunteering and is devoted to fostering strong relationships and enriching the community.
